以新技术企业为研究对象,结合技术创业实际重点考察了市场进入战略的选择,即新企业将什么样的产品与服务经由怎样的交易结构引入市场,进而兑现技术成果的商业价值。从进入战略创新的视角解释技术创业的高失败率与低成长现状问题。利用中国情境下的随机样本实证检验了新技术企业市场进入战略创新性对其初期绩效的影响。结果表明,创新性的进入战略选择是新技术企业谋求生存和成长的重要途径,特别是在推进新企业成长方面发挥着更加稳定且显著的作用;相对于产品与服务的创新可能牺牲新企业短期发展规模的现状来讲,在进入市场的交易结构上谋求创新不仅给新企业带来规模的增长,而且使其拥有更好的成长性,应成为技术创业的管理重点。
Taking the new technology enterprise as the research object and the actual technology start-up, this paper mainly investigates the choice of the market entry strategy, that is, what kind of transaction structure should be introduced into the market by the new enterprise, so as to realize the commercial value of the technological achievement. Explain the problems of high failure rate and low growth status of technology start-ups from the perspective of entering strategic innovation. Using the random sample in the Chinese context, we empirically test the impact of market entry strategy innovation of new technology firms on their initial performance. The results show that innovative strategic choice of entry is an important way for new technology enterprises to survive and grow, and play a more stable and significant role in promoting the growth of new enterprises in particular. The innovation-oriented products and services may sacrifice the short-term In terms of the status quo of development, seeking to innovate in the trading structure entering the market not only brings about the scale growth to the new enterprises, but also enables them to have better growth and should become the key management point of the technology start-ups.
