随着新课改的推进,教师在课堂中的角色变“教”师为“导”师,由“主演”转型为“导演”。教师在有限的“导讲”时间,激发学生探究热情,还给学生自主学习、咀嚼思考、小组交流、自由表达的时间,把握探究方向,答疑解难并能艺术性提问,精心组织课堂,有效地引导学生主动参与课堂探究,促进课堂达到高效,的确值得我们探究。
