本文报告了PZA对24例老年肺结核血尿酸代谢的影响,高尿酸血症和关节痛症状发生的频度,并对血尿酸水平与化疗方案、疗程和性别的关系进行了观察。结果显示,服PZA老年肺结核患者血尿酸水平为647.9±195.5μmol/L(X±S),较健康老年人、健康中青年差异非常显著(P<0.01),与中青年肺结核无显著性差异(P>0.05)。本文老年患者高尿酸血症频度为75％,关节痛者8.3％。血尿酸水平与化疗方案有关,与疗程和性别无关。
This article reports the effects of PZA on blood uric acid metabolism in 24 elderly patients with tuberculosis, the frequency of hyperuricemia and arthralgia symptoms, and the relationship between serum uric acid levels and chemotherapy regimen, course of treatment and gender. The results showed that the level of serum uric acid in elderly patients with PZA was 647.9 ± 195.5μmol / L (X ± S), which was significantly higher than that in healthy elderly (P <0.01), and no significant difference with young and middle-aged patients with pulmonary tuberculosis P> 0.05). The elderly patients with hyperuricemia frequency of 75%, arthralgia 8.3%. The level of serum uric acid is related to the chemotherapy regimen and has nothing to do with the course of treatment and gender.
