将FRP预浸料和钢片载体制成双层簧片试样,用振簧仪进行动态力学分析(DMA),从而监测、研究FRP的固化。这种双层簧片分析法对于探讨固化历程、确定固化温度及时间等工艺条件都十分简便,它还是筛选耐热性FRP配方、检验不同存放期予浸料铺敷性的有用手段。它除具备TBA、DSA等动态技术的优点外,最大的特点是可以直接研究处在不同存放期的各种预浸料。此外,本方法所需仪器比TBA、DSA试验装置简单,制备试样方便,因而更容易推广。
The FRP prepregs and steel sheet carrier were made into double-layer reed samples, and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) was performed with a vibrating reed instrument to monitor and study the curing of the FRP. The double-leaf reed analysis method is very simple for exploring the curing process, determining the curing temperature and time and other process conditions. It is also a useful method for screening heat-resistant FRP formulations and testing different shelf-life for the spreadability of the dip. In addition to the advantages of dynamic technologies such as TBA and DSA, the biggest feature is the ability to directly study various prepregs in different storage periods. In addition, the instrument required by the method is simpler than the TBA and DSA test devices, and thus easier to popularize.
