膀胱扩大术和替代术是治疗膀胱疾病的常用术式。通常用胃肠道作为替代材料 ,但常可带来分泌、吸收、电解质紊乱、感染等方面的并发症。因此人们试图寻找其它材料 ,包括自体的和人工合成的材料。但均可出现包括感染、排斥、结石形成等方面的问题。最近 ,一种新型生物材料无细胞基质作为膀胱的替代物被成功的应用于实验动物模型 ,取得了满意的结果。本文将目前国外无细胞基质移植物的制备、应用及结果作一介绍。
Bladder augmentation and surgeries are common procedures for the treatment of bladder disease. Gastrointestinal tract is usually used as an alternative material, but often can lead to secretion, absorption, electrolyte disorders, infections and other complications. Therefore, people are trying to find other materials, including self-made and synthetic materials. However, there may be problems including infection, rejection, and formation of stones. Recently, a novel biomaterial acellular matrix has been successfully used as a bladder substitute in experimental animal models and satisfactory results have been obtained. This article will be the current foreign acellular matrix graft preparation, application and results for an introduction.
