目的:探讨6周耐力训练及补充多糖提取物对大鼠白细胞介素2及受体水平的影响。方法:12 0只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为6组:耐力训练+黄芪多糖组、耐力训练+牛膝多糖组、单纯耐力训练组、安静+黄芪多糖组、安静+牛膝多糖组和安静对照组。每组又均分为4周组(7只大鼠)和6周组(13只大鼠)。6周递增负荷游泳训练后,观察大鼠白细胞介素2及受体水平的改变。结果:(1) 6周耐力训练可造成大鼠血清IL - 2、T细胞mIL - 2Rα表达下降(P均小于0 . 0 5 )和sIL -2R升高(P <0 . 0 1)。(2 ) 6周耐力训练同时补充黄芪多糖和牛膝多糖提取物能防止大鼠血清IL -2、T细胞mIL - 2Rα表达明显下降及sIL - 2R升高。结论:黄芪多糖和牛膝多糖可通过调节IL - 2及其受体发挥对耐力训练大鼠细胞免疫的调节作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of 6-week endurance training and polysaccharide extract on interleukin-2 and its receptor in rats. Methods: 120 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: endurance training + astragalus polysaccharide group, endurance training + achyranthes root polysaccharide group, simple endurance training group, quiet + astragalus polysaccharide group, quiet + Achyranthis polysaccharide group and quiet control group. Each group was also divided into 4 weeks (7 rats) and 6 weeks (13 rats). After six weeks of incremental load swimming training, the changes of interleukin 2 and its receptor in rats were observed. Results: (1) Endurance training for 6 weeks resulted in decreased expression of IL - 2 and T cell mIL - 2Rα (all P <0.05) and sIL -2R (P <0.01). (2) Six - week endurance training Simultaneous addition of astragalus polysaccharides and Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide extracts can prevent the expression of IL - 2 and T lymphocyte IL - 2Rα and the level of sIL - 2R in rat serum. Conclusion: Astragalus polysaccharide and Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides can regulate the cellular immunity of endurance - trained rats by regulating IL - 2 and its receptors.
