为研究牛膝多糖对肝癌BEL-7402细胞凋亡及相关蛋白Caspase-3表达的作用,采用不同浓度ABPS作用于肝癌BEL-7402细胞48h,MTT法检测细胞生长抑制率,荧光显微镜观察细胞形态变化,Western Blot检测Caspase-3蛋白表达.实验结果表明,ABPS对BEL-7402细胞具有生长抑制作用,促进细胞凋亡,作用机制可能与上调Caspase-3蛋白表达有关.
To investigate the effect of Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide on apoptosis and related protein Caspase-3 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 cells, different concentrations of ABPS were used to treat hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 cells for 48 hours. Cell growth inhibition rate was measured by MTT assay, and cell morphology was observed by fluorescence microscope. The expression of Caspase-3 protein was detected by Western Blot. The experimental results showed that ABPS could inhibit the growth of BEL-7402 cells and promote apoptosis. The mechanism may be related to the up-regulation of Caspase-3 protein expression.
