小学教育可以说是一个人受教育的重要起点,小学班主任的班级管理工作也可以说是九年义务教育阶段里面最重要的。因为小学生的自我管理意识还没有形成,对学习还缺乏自主性,而且小学生的心理还没有成熟,没有自己明确的是非观念。所以,小学班主任想要做好班级管理工作要下的功夫很多,既要管理小学生的学习情况,也要管理小学生的成长情况。本文针对小学班主任如何更好的管理好班级进行分析研究。
Primary education can be regarded as an important starting point for one’s education. Class management of primary school head teachers can also be said to be the most important one in the nine-year compulsory education period. Because of the self-management awareness of primary school students has not yet formed, the lack of autonomy in learning, but also the psychology of pupils are not mature, there is no clear non-concept. Therefore, the primary school teacher wants to do a good job of class management work under a lot of both the management of primary school students, but also to manage the growth of primary school students. This article aims at the primary school class teacher how to better manage the class for analysis and research.
