团队胜任特征是一个多维、多层次的集合概念,其语意具有模糊集合的特征,而对其进行合理的评价是实现团队成员的合理配置、优势互补的必要条件。研究在探索一种基于模糊逻辑原理,针对团队胜任特征各要素重要程度不等的情况,通过引入权重集,建立多层级指标分析的模糊综合评价模型,对团队胜任特征进行量化评价的方法。并通过对制造行业某公司8名员工进行实例研究,进一步直观地阐释该方法的研究程序和过程。
Team competency is a multi-dimensional and multi-level concept of ensemble. Its semantic meaning has the characteristics of fuzzy ensemble. To reasonably evaluate it is a necessary condition to realize the reasonable collocation and complementary advantages of team members. This study explores a method based on the principle of fuzzy logic to evaluate the team’s competency characteristics by introducing weight sets and establishing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of multi-level index analysis. Through the case study of eight employees in a manufacturing company, the research procedure and process of the method are further explained.
