采用自制的复合荧光粉体和化学载体成分,研制出一种步兵轻武器新型夜瞄复合荧光材料。通过酸溶液、碱溶液浸泡、标准磷化和浸油的方法,分别研究了磷化预处理、标准磷化过程和防护油对步兵轻武器新型夜瞄复合荧光材料的影响。试验结果表明,研制的新材料具有良好的耐磷化性能,可满足步兵轻武器表面处理的要求。
Using a homemade composite phosphor and chemical carrier components, a new type of night-sight compound fluorescent material for infantry weapons has been developed. The effects of phosphating pretreatment, standard phosphating process and protective oil on the new type of fluorescent compound for infantry light weapons were studied respectively by acid solution, alkaline solution immersion, standard phosphating and oil immersion. The test results show that the new material developed has good phosphating resistance and can meet the requirements of the surface treatment of infantry weapons.
