一、中国科学院知识创新工程中管理创新的核心内容与进展根据中国科学院《知识创新工程》指导思想,知识创新与管理创新相结合,形成与国际基本接轨并具我国特色的运行机制及现代科研院所管理制度;形成宏观有序,管理规范,开放流动,网络化、国际化、社会化的科研组织结构和科研管理模式。自实施知识创新工程以来,在管理的机制和体制改革上已经出台很多政策,目前科学院的机构性调整基本已经完成,整合了一些科研、管理和支撑机构,剥离了研发中心、所办公司、后勤实体;所办公司
