本文介绍以前在文献中未报导过的两种大功率连续波L-波段行波管放大器的特性和设计特点。两种管子都是输出功率超过300瓦的“O”型行波管放大器。中间波段效率是20%。第一类管(Sperry STL-48)包括的频率范围从500到1000兆周。第二种管(Spetry STL-100)包括的频率范围从1000到2000兆周。除了介绍主要的电气特性之外,还讨论了负载失配效率和谐波工作能力。
This article describes the characteristics and design features of two high-power continuous wave L-band TWTs that have not previously been reported in the literature. Both tubes are “O” type TWT amplifiers with an output of more than 300 watts. The middle band efficiency is 20%. The first type of tube (Sperry STL-48) includes a frequency range from 500 to 1000 megacycles. The second tube (Spetry STL-100) includes frequencies in the range of 1000 to 2000 megacycles. In addition to introducing the main electrical characteristics, the load mismatch efficiency and harmonic work capabilities are discussed.
