仪式,作为社会文化生活中一种最直观、最生动、最具规范性和广泛参与度的群体行为,是群体文化内核的承载体。在企业文化建设过程中,借鉴这一人类文化现象,将抽象的价值理念投射到特定的氛围、流程中,带领仪式参与者在特定场合,体验、重温、强化这种仪式感,将价值指引转化为思维、语言、行为的自我规范,可以有效带给仪式参与者心灵慰藉、精神指引和集体归属感,提升企业核心价值观。
