谚语的正确运用，对于提高武术教学质量起到了很大的作用，在教授不同的内容时，谚语使学生更直接、更准确的进行身体练习，从而达到终身体育的目的。
Proper use of proverbs plays an important role in improving the quality of Wushu teaching. Proverbs enable students to practice their physical activities more directly and more accurately in order to achieve lifelong physical education.
