利用水质稳定性指标对再生水厂出水进行腐蚀性评价,并选取碱度、硬度、Cl~-和SO_4~(2-)4种因素设计四因素三水平正交试验,结合SEM等微观形貌分析手段,研究高品质再生水管网中水泥砂浆内衬腐蚀情况及影响水质主要因素的综合作用。结果表明:该再生水厂高品质出水水质对水泥砂浆内衬具有腐蚀倾向;4种因素对水泥砂浆内衬腐蚀影响的主次顺序为:硬度>Cl->碱度>SO42-;显著性为:硬度和Cl~-影响较显著,碱度虽不显著但有影响,SO_4~(2-)则未对水泥砂浆内衬腐蚀表现出显著影响。此外,高碱度(HCO_3~-)且低硬度时腐蚀现象最严重。
The water quality stability index was used to evaluate the corrosiveness of effluent from the reclaimed water plant. Four factors and three levels of orthogonal experiment were designed according to four factors of alkalinity, hardness, Cl ~ - and SO_4 ~ (2-), combined with SEM and other micro-topography Means to study the corrosion of cement mortar lined in high quality recycled water pipe network and the combined effect of the main factors affecting water quality. The results show that the water quality of the high quality effluent of the reclaimed water plant has a tendency of corrosion to the cement mortar lining. The order of the four factors affecting the corrosion of the cement mortar lining is: hardness> Cl-> alkalinity> SO42-; Hardness and Cl ~ - had a significant effect. Although the basicity was not significant but influenced, SO4 ~ (2-) had no significant effect on the corrosion of cement mortar lining. In addition, high alkalinity (HCO_3 ~ -) and low hardness corrosion is the most serious.
