目的评价镍钛记忆合金加压吻合夹(CAC)进行小肠吻合的安全性及有效性。方法2006年1月至2007年3月,福建医科大学附属第一医院肿瘤外科将30例全胃切除术行食管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合的胃癌病人分为两组,每组各15例。CAC组行Roux-en-Y袢处空肠-空肠侧侧吻合,对照组使用钉式吻合器进行空肠-空肠侧侧吻合。术后观察有无发生与小肠吻合相关的并发症、肠道恢复排气时间及CAC排出时间。结果两组术后均未出现与吻合相关的小肠吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄及肠梗阻等并发症,术后肠道排气、排便时间两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CAC均于术后7~14d排出体外。结论应用CAC进行小肠吻合安全、可靠。
Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of nickel-titanium memory alloy compression anastomosis clamp (CAC) for small intestine anastomosis. Methods From January 2006 to March 2007, 30 patients with gastric cancer who underwent total gastrectomy Roux-en-Y gastroenteric jejunum were divided into two groups (n = 15 in each group), from January 2006 to March 2007 in the Department of Oncology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University. The CAC group Roux-en-Y 袢 jejunum - jejunal lateral anastomosis, the control group using nail stapler jejunum - jejunal lateral anastomosis. Postoperative observation of the occurrence of complications associated with intestinal anastomosis, intestinal recovery exhaust time and CAC discharge time. Results No complications such as small intestinal anastomotic fistula, anastomotic stenosis and intestinal obstruction were found in both groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative intestinal exhaust and defecation time (P> 0.05). CAC were in vitro after 7 ~ 14d. Conclusion The application of CAC for intestinal anastomosis is safe and reliable.
