介绍了用金属短纤维增强的透气性莫来石/铁(A3S2/Fe)复合材料作为负压成型模具的实验研究方法.给出了该材料的优化配方和烧结工艺,并进行了负压成型实验.结果表明:该模具在700-950℃具有良好的烧结性;金属短纤维具有明显的增强作用;在表层有一定厚度的硬化层Z并具有良好的透气性;对于塑料等材料的负压成型效果很好.
The experimental research method of breathable mullite / iron (A3S2 / Fe) composites reinforced with metal staple fibers as negative pressure forming molds is introduced. The optimized formulation and sintering process of the material are given, and the negative pressure forming experiment is carried out. The results show that the mold has good sinterability at 700-950 ℃, metal staple fiber has obvious reinforcing effect, a certain thickness of hardened layer Z on the surface and good air permeability, and the negative pressure forming effect on plastics and other materials well.
