目前进口气相色谱仪广泛使用电子流量、电子压力控制技术,可精密控制仪器各种载气流速,提高仪器的灵敏度和测试的重现性,使仪器的智能化更高,设计和维修也更为复杂,在AFCAPC故障时,厂家通常的做法是整体更换该模块及捕集阱,因该模块结构精密设计复杂,整套更换的代价很高,往往在2-3万元。一直以来都被很多用户和仪器工程师误以为是不可维修的,主要是因为其相关资料太少,加之接触的少,因此对该模块的组成和工作原理也是模糊不清。笔者已多次处理过各品牌气相色谱仪的自动流量控制故障,针对这种认识上的误解,现特通过岛津GC2010 PLUS AFC维修实例,以便让大家对电子流量控制的工作原理有一个直观的认识,增强我们勇于实践的信心,打破其不可维修的传言。
