原设计的挤压膨化试验台,其挤压膨化机主电机调速系统与喂料调速电机控制系统各自独立,需手控协调。本文以膨化机主电机线电流的变化为信号,经取样,隔离、传输、转换成直流电压信号,并将其叠加到喂料电磁调速电机的控制器上,建立起一个附加的开环自控装置,它与原喂料电磁调速电机控制器闭环系统共同作用下,使喂料量随膨化机主电机线电流的增减而反向变化,并在一定速度上保持动态平衡
