为了研究紫外光老化对不同级配SBS AC-16沥青混合料的影响,设计出4种“S”型级配,采用马歇尔试验确定其最佳油石比,对成型试件在紫外老化箱内老化,对老化后试件进行车辙试验、劈裂试验和回弹模量测试,通过老化前后数据对比,优选出抗紫外线性能较好的级配。结果显示,紫外线对高温稳定性影响较大,老化前后动稳定度最大降幅达68.21%;而对低温稳定性影响较小,平均降幅在10%左右。在强紫外地区,推荐采用S1型或S0型级配作为参考。
In order to study the influence of UV aging on the SBS AC-16 asphalt mixture with different grades, four “S” type gradations were designed, and the optimal ratio of ashes was determined by the Marshall test. Aging, the rutting test, splitting test and the rebound modulus test were carried out on the aged samples. The data of the aging before and after the data comparison, the better gradation of the anti-UV performance was selected. The results show that UV has a great effect on the stability at high temperature, and the maximum drop of dynamic stability before and after aging is 68.21%, while it has little effect on the stability at low temperature with an average drop of about 10%. In the strong ultraviolet region, it is recommended to use S1 or S0 gradation as a reference.
