本文分析了广州市静态交通的现状及存在问题，论证了在广州市实行“自备车位”政策的必要性。从广州市所面临经济、交通环境出发阐述了实行“自备车位”政策的可行性，并进一步提出了广州市实行“自各车位”政策的实施建议。
This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of static traffic in Guangzhou and demonstrates the necessity of implementing the policy of “own parking” in Guangzhou. From the economic and traffic environment faced by Guangzhou City, it sets out the feasibility of implementing the “own parking space” policy and further puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of “since parking spaces” policy in Guangzhou.
