贵刊87年第4期第37页,刊登了康林鳌同志“变化电场产生磁场的演示”的文章。原文指出,用如附图装置,按通电源,磁针马上偏转。说明电场从无到有(且很强),电场变化时产生磁场,使磁针转动。我重复了这个实验,接通电源,磁针马上偏转。这个现象不能说明变化电场产生磁场。这是个假象,磁针偏转不是磁场的作用,而是电场的作用。根据有5点: 1.接通电源,磁针马上偏转;偏转的迅速程度,与把永久磁铁靠近磁针,偏转的迅速程度差不多。这说明变化电场产生的磁场,跟永久磁铁的磁场,强弱程度很接近,我认为这是不可能的。(这一点我不能证明,只是从永久磁铁的B=0.4-0.8T;变压器铁芯中的B=0.8-1.7T;地磁场的B=5×10~(-5)T推断的)。另外,由于地磁场的作用,又因为磁针有较大的转动惯性,变化电场产生的微弱磁场是不可能使磁针发生偏转的。
On the 37th page of the 4th issue of your magazine, 87th, published an article on Comrade Conlin’s “Demonstration of Changing the Magnetic Field Generated by the Electric Field.” According to the original text, using a device such as the figure, the magnetic needle is immediately deflected by pressing the power source. Explain that the electric field is undiluted (and very strong). When the electric field changes, a magnetic field is generated and the magnetic needle rotates. I repeated this experiment and turned on the power. The needle immediately deflected. This phenomenon can not explain the change of electric field generated magnetic field. This is an illusion that the deflection of the magnetic needle is not the effect of a magnetic field but the effect of an electric field. According to five points: 1. Turn on the power, the magnetic needle immediately deflected; the rapid degree of deflection, and the proximity of the permanent magnet close to the magnetic needle, the speed of deflection is almost the same. This shows that the magnetic field produced by the changing electric field is very close to the strength of the permanent magnet’s magnetic field. I think this is impossible. (I cannot prove this, just from B=0.4-0.8T for the permanent magnet; B=0.8-1.7T for the transformer core; B=5×10-5T for the geomagnetic field). In addition, due to the effect of the earth’s magnetic field, and because the magnetic needle has a large rotational inertia, it is impossible to deflect the magnetic needle by changing the weak magnetic field generated by the electric field.
