工程上的板肋组合结构常比拟为正交构造异性板进行计算,其计算精度在很大程度上取决于各项刚度的确定是否恰当。多年来各国学者对此作了大量研究,提出了各种不同的公式。本文从各项刚度的物理概念入手,导出了综合抗扭刚度H和用于内力计算中的各项刚度,消除了某些文献中由于对刚度的物理意义缺乏理解而引起的混淆。对无内横肋的纵向加劲板本文还推荐一种虚拟板法,实验证明对提高计算精度是有效的,它的推广应用还为组合结构的近似法和有限元等数值法分析提供了另一途径。
The board-rib composite structure in engineering is often compared with an orthotropic plate for orthogonal calculation. The calculation accuracy depends to a large extent on whether the stiffness is determined properly. Over the years, scholars from various countries have conducted a lot of research and put forward various formulas. This paper starts with the physical concepts of various stiffnesses, derives the comprehensive torsional stiffness H and various stiffnesses used in internal force calculations, and eliminates the confusion caused by the lack of understanding of the physical meaning of stiffness in certain literatures. For stiffened plates without internal transverse ribs, we also recommend a virtual plate method. Experiments have proved that it is effective for improving the calculation accuracy. Its popularization and application also provide another method for numerical analysis such as approximate analysis of combination structures and finite element analysis. way.
