目的 :观察小剂量三尖杉酯碱治疗紫癜性肾炎的近期疗效。方法 :三尖杉酯碱 1mg +生理盐水 5 0 0ml/d静脉滴注 ,5～ 7d为 1疗程 ,间隔 2～ 3周 ,总共 3～ 6疗程。结果 :2 0例中显效 12例 (6 0 % ) ,有效 8例 (40 % )总有效率 (10 0 % )。结论 :小剂量三尖杉酯碱治疗紫癜性肾炎有效、安全 ,使用方便、费用低廉 ,值得临床应用。
Objective: To observe the short-term therapeutic effect of low dose harringtonine on purpuric nephritis. Methods: Harringtonine 1mg + saline 500ml / d intravenous infusion, 5 ~ 7d for a course of treatment, an interval of 2 to 3 weeks, a total of 3 to 6 courses. Results: The effective rate was 20 (60%) in 20 cases and the effective rate (10%) in 8 cases (40%). Conclusion: Small dose of harringtonine for the treatment of purpuric nephritis is effective, safe, easy to use, inexpensive and worthy of clinical application.
