基层是高校毕业生健康成长、锻炼成才的沃土,是大学毕业生施展才华和抱负的广阔天地。引导和鼓励高校毕业生面向基层就业,可以为建设社会主义新农村增添宝贵的人才资源。近日,中组部、人事部、教育部等8个部门联合发出通知,从今年开始连续5年,国家将每年招募2万名高校毕业生到乡镇从事支教、支农、支医和扶贫工作,服务期满后的毕业生自主创业、报考公务员或者报考研究生都有政策优惠。带着这么一个令人欢欣鼓舞的讯息,我们走访了部分高校及在基层就业的大学毕业生。从反馈回来的信息来看,高校毕业生面向基层就业仅仅单靠就业市场调节的作用十分有限,效果不明显,“下不去、引不进、留不住”的问题依然存在。
