以往的教研活动,大多是教学中心领导事先安排后,再有校级领导、教学中心领导和教师多方参与,而在教研时往往是领导坐在前面,老师井然有序地坐在后面,先由项目指导老师说课,随后的评课大多是习惯性地说一些表扬话,然后蜻蜓点水地提出几点批评意见……这种近乎刻板模式的教研活动往往效果不佳,缺乏激情和活力。
In the past, most teaching and research activities were arranged in advance by the leaders of the teaching center. Afterwards, leaders and teachers of the school-level leaders and teaching centers participated in various activities. In teaching and research, leaders often sit in front of the teachers and the teachers sit behind them in an orderly manner. This almost stereotyped teaching and research activities are often ineffective, lack of passion and vitality.
