随着教育教学事业的不断发展,师范类学生及时参与到社会实践中去,通过美术教师教育实践教学,使学生完成对美术教师角色从感性认识到理性认识,从理性认识再到亲身实践的飞跃。在整个实践过程中不同的学生对教师角色的认知会发生很大的改变。最大的改变就是面对不同年级的小学生和各种突发问题,实习生的应变能力和绘画技能有待提高;其次在实习过程中实习生与实习学校的同事、小学生之间的关系处理成为教师角色的另一重要问题;其次教师角色行为规范与职责方面的认知也得了新的认知。
