For many years, Japanese companies have established a pivotal position in the world economy, relying on their high level of science and technology and their strong competitiveness. Not only developing countries, but also European and American industrial advanced countries have had to look at each other. Why did Japanese companies achieve such great success? There is no doubt that Japanese companies’ lifetime employment, wage-rising, and corporate trade union organizations are the “three magic weapons” for their success. Everyone knows that most of the Japanese have served in the same institution and company since they left school until they retired. In the most glorious three or four decades of life, they have tossed away and forgotten their families, sacrificed their families, and dedicated themselves to the company. Even after lunch, they could not do without their meals. Talk about work. For a long time, this “company man” has been seen as a model for the salary class. However, this concept is currently being shaken, and Japanese-style business management has also changed.
