血小板活化时血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)出现在血小板浆膜表面并有部分进入血浆。GMP-140为活化血小板的特异标志。应用双抗夹心放免测定法,定量测定脑梗塞急性期患者血浆GMP-140含量,其结果表明:①脑梗塞急性期血浆GMP-140含量明显高于正常。②脑梗塞急性期血浆GMP-140含量的变化在性别间无显著性差异。③脑梗塞急性期血浆GMP-140在l~6天显著增高,7~10天开始减少,10天以后与正常相比无显著性差异。
Platelet-derived platelet alpha-granule membrane protein (GMP-140) is present on the platelet serosal surface and partially into the plasma during platelet activation. GMP-140 is a specific marker of activated platelets. Using double antibody sandwich radioimmunoassay, quantitative determination of plasma GMP-140 levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction, the results showed that: ① acute phase of cerebral infarction in plasma GMP-140 levels were significantly higher than normal. ② Acute phase of cerebral infarction changes in plasma GMP-140 content in gender was no significant difference. ③ acute phase of cerebral infarction in plasma GMP-140 increased significantly from l to 6 days, 7 to 10 days began to decrease, after 10 days compared with the normal no significant difference.
