本文采用放免法检测30例老年肺结核患者血清皮质醇、醛固酮和ACTH水平。结果显示,老年肺结核组血清皮质醇、醛固酮水平较老年健康组和中青年肺结核为高,而ACTH则较其为低。老年肺结核组皮质醇、醛固酮和ACTH水平超过正常值者分别为19例(63.3％)、9例(30％)和3例(10％),与中青年肺结核组比较前两者差异显著。并说明老年患者皮质醇、醛固酮和ACTH水平与病情、化疗有关。
In this paper, serum cortisol, aldosterone and ACTH levels in 30 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the serum cortisol and aldosterone levels in the elderly group were higher than those in the elderly group and middle-aged patients with tuberculosis, while ACTH was lower than those in the elderly group. 19 cases (63.3%), 9 cases (30%) and 3 cases (10%) were older than the normal group, and there was a significant difference between them in the elderly pulmonary tuberculosis group and the middle-aged and young pulmonary tuberculosis group. And explain the elderly patients with cortisol, aldosterone and ACTH levels and disease, chemotherapy.
