刚刚过去的2008年,寒冬呼啸而至,金融危机给了全世界一记闷棍。此时,中国经济也开始进入下行调整周期,并与世界经济危机叠加。从2008年2月起,各国政府频频推出各种救市方案,从2月到12月,金融危机的蔓延与深化和全球联手的抗击交织在一起,贯穿全年。这之中,中国政府的一系列救市方案举世注目。从大手笔的4万亿救市方案到随后相继出台的金融货币政策、税政优惠,一系列举措无不奔着一个目标:扩大内需,提振经济。面对这场经济风暴,中国政府希望带领人民一道,将危机造成的损害降到最低。那么,这些政策对行进中的中国有什么意义?特别是对中小企业在新一年里的发展会带来什么样的影响?
Just past 2008, the winter roared, the financial crisis has given the world a record Sap. At this moment, China’s economy started to enter the downward adjustment cycle and superimposed with the world economic crisis.
