50例人脑胶质瘤组织细胞培养成功率为8%,其中Ⅱ～Ⅲ级和 N 级分别占10.34%、20%。培养成功率低的原因与肿瘤的异质性及生长过程中某些氨基酸需求量不尽相同,其次小牛血清质量不稳定有关。
50 cases of human glioma tissue cell culture success rate was 8%, of which Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ grade and N grade accounted for 10.34%, 20%. The reasons for the low success rate of culture are not the same with the heterogeneity of tumor and the demand of certain amino acids during growth, followed by the unstable quality of bovine serum.
