在我国,6～10/0.4千伏配电变压器低压侧绕组结线一般都是星形接法,中性点接地。低压电力网采用380/220伏三相四线制。为了防止由于电气设备绝缘损坏或发生单相接地短路时,在电气设备金属外壳上出现高电位,引起人身触电事故,电气设备的金属外壳必须与大地相连。一般做法是接地(电气设备金属外壳和接地线相连)和接零(电气没备金属外壳和中性线相连)。水利电力部
In China, the windings of the low-voltage side windings of 6~10/0.4kV distribution transformers are generally star-connected, and the neutral point is grounded.
