打造学校教育特色,德育工作是其中一个主要的渠道。但是面对新时期打造学校教育特色,如何提高德育工作的实效还有待研究思考。现在,学校都对德育课程加强了重视,但普遍存在针对性和实效性不强的问题,究其原因:一是没有找准课程主阵地,形成系统的德育资源包,以便供一线老师参考和借鉴;二是缺乏有效载体,更多只是停留在一种道德说教式的教育;三是没有结合自身学校校本教育特色,开发校本德育课程,全力打造学校教育特色。《中共中央国务院关于未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》明确指出:学校德育工作应贯穿于教育教学的各个环节。因此,教育工作者必须把德育课程整合
