回顾了我国氧化铝工业近十年来在选矿、节能、提高质量、扩大品种、环保与综合利用、工艺技术创新及理论研究等方面取得的成就。探讨了我国氧化铝生产技术今后的发展方向 ,提出要尽快推广拜耳法间接加热强化溶出技术、高浓度种分分解制取高强度高产出率氧化铝技术、选矿拜耳法技术、强化烧结法技术 ;开发完善铝土矿反浮选、选矿并联法等新工艺新技术 ;研究和推广各种特效化学添加剂 ;加强对引进技术与设备的消化吸收和再创新 ,加快大型高效节能设备的开发应用 ;大力提高氧化铝生产过程的自动化控制水平 ;同时要加强多品种氢氧化铝和氧化铝的研究开发 ,促进氧化铝工业的产品结构优化升级 ;在应用基础理论研究方面力争新的突破。
The achievements made by China’s alumina industry in mineral processing, energy saving, quality improvement, variety expansion, environmental protection and comprehensive utilization, technological innovation and theoretical research in the past decade have been reviewed. The future development direction of alumina production technology in China was discussed. It was proposed that the Bayer process for indirect heating enhanced dissolution technology, high-concentration species decomposition for high-intensity and high-yield alumina production technology, beneficiation Bayer process technology and enhanced sintering technology should be promoted as soon as possible. Develop and improve new technology and new technologies such as bauxite anti-flotation and beneficiation; study and promote various special effects chemical additives; strengthen the digestion and absorption and reinvention of imported technologies and equipment; accelerate the development and application of large-scale high-efficiency energy-saving equipment; Vigorously improve the level of automation in the alumina production process; at the same time, we must strengthen the research and development of various types of aluminum hydroxide and alumina, promote the optimization and upgrading of the product structure of the alumina industry, and strive for new breakthroughs in the application of basic theoretical research.
