表浅性膀胱移行上皮癌可以有效地经尿道电切,术后需配合应用 TEPA 或 BCG 经尿道灌注膀胱预防复发。作者采用口服 BCG 进行预防,效果优异而免去反复经尿道灌注器械操作之弊。从1968～1979年对55例膀胱表浅性癌(J-WO～A 级)经尿道电切,术后分三组进行观察。第一组22例经尿道单纯电切,不附加任何化疗;第二组17例电切加膀胱灌注
