新课改后,赏识教育与激励教育使学生的自信心大大增强了。适当的表扬对学生正确行为和良好品德的培养,起着举足轻重的作用。但是,有时听课会发现,授课教师整堂课都在不停地表扬学生,不管是优秀生还是后进生,只要回答出一个简单的小问题,教师都会大加赞扬一番。其实,这种做法有点小问题,因为表扬也要因材施教。早在公元一世纪,罗马最有成就的教育家昆体良在《昆体良教育论著选》中就提到,“对于学生的表扬既不可吝啬,也不可浪费,因为吝啬使学生产生对课业的厌恶,浪费则产生自满。因为不管说了什么就立即得到暴风雨般准备好了的赞扬,会使学生认为用
