王兴国,江南大学教授、博士生导师,江南大学油脂及植物蛋白研究中心主任、江南大学农产品加工研究院常务副院长、江南大学国家大学科技园总经理。主要研究特种油料伴随物的分析、鉴定及功能性,脂质改性、质构脂质的生物合成,食品吸附体系,功能性脂质和专用油脂。先后主持和承担包括国家自然科学基金、国家“863”、国家“九五”科技攻关计划、国家“十一五”科技支撑项目、教育部科学技术重大研究项目等国家、省部级重大项目28项。多年来在国内外刊物上发表学术论文190余篇,其中SCI收录近30篇;出版教材、专著6部,申请和授权国家发明专利28项,其中授权13项;共指导博士研究生16名,硕士研究生62名,科研成果获国家和省部级以上奖励共10余项。担任中国粮油学会理事、中国粮油学会油脂专业分会和营养分会副会长、江苏省食品科技学会常务理事及秘书长、教育部轻工与食品学科专家,《中国粮油学报》、《中国油脂》和《粮油加工》等杂志编委。2004年被评为江苏省青年创业风云人物、江苏省科协系统先进个人和无锡市民主党派三个文明建设先进个人;2007年被评为无锡市十佳优秀青年科技工作者和“奠基未来、感动无锡”年度教育人物;2008年被评为江苏省优秀科技工作者;2008年入选新世纪“百千万人才工程”国家级人选和江苏省“333人才工程”中青年科学技术带头人培养对象。
Wang Xingguo, a professor and doctoral tutor at Jiangnan University, Director of Oil and Plant Protein Research Center of Jiangnan University, Executive Vice President of Agricultural Products Processing Research Institute of Jiangnan University, and General Manager of National Science Park of Jiangnan University. The main study of specialty oil concomitant analysis, identification and functionality, lipid modification, texture lipid biosynthesis, food adsorption systems, functional lipids and specialty oils and fats. He has presided over and undertaken many national projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National 863 Program, the National 9th Five-Year Scientific and Technological Project, the National Eleventh Five-Year Scientific and Technological Support Program and the Ministry of Education’s major scientific and technological research projects, 28 provincial and ministerial major projects. Over the years in the domestic and foreign journals published more than 190 academic papers, of which SCI contains nearly 30; published textbooks, monographs 6, apply and authorize the national invention patents 28, of which 13 were authorized; a total of 16 doctoral students, master 62 graduate students, scientific research achievements by the state and provincial and ministerial level awards a total of more than 10 items. He is the director of China Cereals and Oils Association, the major oil division of China Cereals and Oils Association, the vice president of nutrition branch, the standing director and secretary general of Jiangsu Food Science and Technology Society, the expert of Light Industry and Food Science of Ministry of Education, “China Cereals and Oils”, “ ”Grain and Oil Processing“ magazine editorial board. In 2004 was named the pioneering figure of young entrepreneurs in Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Province Association of advanced individuals and the democratic individual three advanced civilized construction in Wuxi City in 2007 was named the top ten outstanding young scientists and technologists and , Touched Wuxi ”annual education figure; in 2008 was named outstanding science and technology workers in Jiangsu Province; 2008 was selected for the new century “ millions of people project ”national candidate and Jiangsu province “ 333 talent project ”young Science and technology leaders to train objects.
