流行性出血热(EHF)对心脏的损害已引起临床广泛重视,各种心脏损害屡见报道,但对窦房结(SAN)功能的影响研究较少,本文观察了30例EHF患者,统计窦性心动过缓(窦缓)的发生率,并随机抽取部分窦缓病例,行阿托品试验和食管心房调搏,测SNRT时间,从而探讨EHF对SAN功能的影响.对象与方法一、对象;本组30例均为住院EHF患者(按1981年全国EHF会议标准确诊),其中男19例,女11例,年龄17～68岁.既往均无心脏病史,且排除年龄、药物、电解质对心脏的影响.
