位于上海市区西部(?)北豪宅区的(?)北新区三区二期工程,其范围东起古北路、西至水城南路、南起古羊路(徐虹铁路支线)、北至虹延路(规划从延安路直通机场的专用道)。占地约32ha,其中住宅、商办、领馆用地约17ha,公建用地约1ha,绿化带用地约1ha,樱花度假村等保留用地约7ha,城市道路用地6ha。规划建筑面积毛密度约1.4,净密度约2.6。街坊内建筑复盖率约为25%,其余75%为绿地广场和道路。区内将配幼托各1所,每户在地下车库均有车位。 规划以横贯东西的古北“南京路”商业街
Located in the North District (?) North Mansion District of Shanghai City, the second phase of the Beixin District Three District Project covers the area from Gubei Road in the east, Shuicheng South Road in the west, Guyang Road (Xuhong Railway Branch) in the south, and north Hongyan Road (planned from Yan’an Road to the exclusive airport road). It covers an area of approximately 32ha, including residential land, commercial offices and consulates, approximately 17ha of land, public construction sites of approximately 1ha, greenbelt sites of approximately 1ha, reserved land of approximately 7ha for cherry tree resorts, and 6ha of urban road sites. The planned building area has a gross density of about 1.4 and a net density of about 2.6. The building coverage rate in the neighborhood is about 25%, and the remaining 75% are green space squares and roads.
