在机械面条充斥的今天,林永云做一次面,前后花费25小时,繁琐而神奇的石花空心奎面,折射的是人对五谷的虔诚,以及源自民间的不可思议的智慧。听说湖北有个叫“石花”的古镇上产一种空心面,30斤面拉成一丝,长度达75000米,晾干后可见空心,白脆清香,煮不糊汤。关于此面有种种传说,制面世家的技艺也颇为神秘,记者于是第一时间驱车襄阳。用25小时见识了林永云一家从和面到包装的做面全过程,已经华灯初上。出了老林家,抬头只见天上星星满眼。虽然不知道奎星究竟是哪一颗,但心知这颗星星确乎已经关照了这门绝技、这家人200余年。
