本文介绍组织理论中的“封闭模型”和“开放模型”的基本内容并对他们的贡献及局限性进行简要评述。在此基础上,对这两种理论模型进行对比分析得出结论:每种组织理论都有其存在的客观性。
This article introduces the basics of the “closed model” and “open model” in organizational theory and briefly reviews their contributions and limitations. On this basis, a comparative analysis of the two theoretical models leads to the conclusion that each organization theory has its existence objectivity.
