传统的压铸模具温度控制主要依靠人为主观经验,借助脱模剂降低模温,存在潜在的压铸质量和模具使用寿命问题。针对该现状,通过调配组合阀冷却水流量设计了一种适合压铸模具的智能调温控制系统。系统硬件采用三菱FX机PLC,通过组合阀和PID控制冷却水流量,设计预热、连续压铸温度保持功能。系统软件基于GXDeveloper开发,给出了PID自动调谐温度的梯形图程序。经实际应用表明,所设计的压铸模温调控系统运行稳定,满足预热和连续压铸对模具温度的要求。
Traditional die-casting mold temperature control mainly depends on man-made subjective experience, with mold release agent to reduce mold temperature, there is potential die casting quality and mold life issues. In response to this situation, a smart thermostat control system suitable for die-casting mold was designed by adjusting the cooling water flow of the combined valve. System hardware Mitsubishi FX machine PLC, through the combination of valve and PID control of cooling water flow, design preheating, continuous die-casting temperature hold function. Based on the development of GXDeveloper, the system software gives the ladder program of PID automatic tuning temperature. The practical application shows that the die-casting mold temperature control system designed to run stable, to meet the preheating and continuous die-casting mold temperature requirements.
