湖南衡阳水口山有色金属有限责任公司四厂在电锌技改工程中,坚持走技改与环保、节能同步进行之路,取得了实效。现在该厂废渣、废水、废气已得到综合利用。 四厂是我国50年代建立的炼锌厂,电锌产量由年产1万吨扩产到年产7万吨规模。该厂在电锌生产过程中产生的铜镉渣和酸浸渣对环境有极大危害,但这两种废渣、也含有有价元素,如果综合利用,仍可发挥作用。他们投资2300万元对铜镉渣和酸浸渣进行治理。从1998年8月投产以来,平均每天处理7吨铜镉渣,一年可回收1500吨锌含量。作为四厂年产6万吨电锌规模配套工程,他们于1998年10月至2000年9月先
