作为一名基层农村教师,我参加的国家培训远程教育已结束两年时间了,但回想起这两次国家培训,许多片段时时在脑中萦绕,让我生发几多感触。我是一名初中语文教师,故在这两次国培中有幸和中卫沙坡头区的许多初中语文老师探讨许多语文教育教学问题。其中一位胡老师(女性)提出了一个问题,她说她所任教的班级是阴盛阳衰,成绩好的全是女生,男生干什么都不行,她问怎样才能让男同学更像男同学。于是我们的国培辅导老师马老师
As a grassroots rural teacher, I attended the national training in distance education for two years now. However, recalling these two national trainings, many of the fragments linger in my head constantly and make me feel a lot. I am a junior high school language teacher. Therefore, in these two national trainings, I have the honor to discuss many Chinese teaching and learning problems with many middle school language teachers in Shapotou District of Zhongwei. One of the teachers, Ms. Hu, raised a question. She said that the classes she taught were yin-yang. All good grades were girls and boys did not do anything.
