教育公平的问题已经逐渐成为社会共识,但是伴随着教育公平政策的推行,“重点”的取消也带来了学生层次参差不齐、差生问题普遍化。差生问题正逐渐成为所有任课教师和课堂管理者的头等难题。根据学生的不同性格特征和外在表现可以将差生分为多种类型,本文以“毛同学”的实际案例为出发点,对“偏激型差生”的管理策略进行初步的探索。
The issue of education fairness has gradually become a consensus of society. However, with the implementation of the education fairness policy, the cancellation of “key points” has brought uneven levels of students and universalization of poor students. The problem of poor students is gradually becoming the top priority for all teachers and classroom managers. According to the students’ different personality traits and external manifestations, the students can be divided into many types. Based on the actual cases of “Mao students ”, this paper explores the management strategies of “extreme students ”.
