传统的课堂教学,普遍存在主客体错位的现象,只注重教师主导作用的发挥,而忽视了学生主体地位的体现。从复习旧知识到引入新知识,从新课的导入到新知识的讲解和新知识的巩固练习,每一环节都有教师的精心讲解引导,学生在不同程度上被教师牵着走,教师的思维代替了学生的思维。许多课堂教学,正如一位外国教育家听了我国一位特级教师上的一堂课后所说的那样:“这只不过是教学技巧的表演罢了,而没有注重研究学生如何学习。”
