【Abstract】The aim of this article is to address the issue concerning knowledge management. Knowledge creation and transfer are fully examined through Nancy Dixon’s five ways and Nonaka and Takeuchi’s four models.
【Key words】knowledge management; knowledge creation; knowledge transfer
Knowledge management is the process of creating, transferring and leveraging knowledge. The two stages regarding knowledge creation and knowledge transfer are becoming increasingly important in management. A growing body of literature has developed different ways to enhance the management of knowledge. Nonetheless, the practice is far more complex than the theory so that one particular theory can not fit all situations.
The learning process is a continuous and circular process. It can be presented in the knowledge value chain (Weggenman, 1997).
