工程质量监督站对工程质量目标的宏观控制,涉及到大量的信息(数据)处理。由于工程项目施工周期长,耗工料多,质量指标多,破坏因素多,人工控制耗时费力,运用计算机辅助管理系统进行信息处理,不仅可以提高工效,弥补人工记忆之不足,而且可以减少人为因素,增强监督的科学性、公证性。 我站从1993年5月开始对“工程质量监督站计算机信息管理系统”进行构思策划和应用开发,现就有关问题作一点探讨。
The project quality supervision station’s macro control of project quality targets involves a large amount of information (data) processing. Using computer-aided management systems for information processing can not only improve work efficiency, make up for the lack of artificial memory, but also reduce human factors. From May 1993, I began planning, designing, and developing applications for the “Engineering Quality Supervision Station Computer Information Management System.” We will now discuss the issues involved.
