江苏省泰州中学明确建设高素质教师团队的共同愿景,探索校本教师培育模式:进行全员校本培训,倡导教师岗位成才,关注教师创新精神与科研能力的培养,构建多元评价机制等。学校通过目标激励、榜样激励、学术激励、社会激励等,激发和保持教师的专业研究兴趣,如试行学术假期、发放学术性津贴、提供项目资助、设立奖教基金、倡导公益服务等。
Taizhou High School in Jiangsu Province clearly establishes the common vision of a team of high-quality teachers and explores the school-based teacher training model: conducting full-school school-based training, advocating for the improvement of teachers ’positions, paying attention to the cultivation of teachers’ innovative spirit and scientific research ability, and building a multi-evaluation mechanism. The school encourages and preserves professional research interests of teachers through target motivation, example motivation, academic motivation and social motivation, such as academic academic holidays, scholarly grants, project funding support, the establishment of reward education funds, advocacy of public service and so on.
